Where is my Order?

You can check your order status, track your shipment, or review past purchases by visiting our order management page: Customer Portal

 

Once you’re signed in, you can:

  • View the current status of your order and track shipments in real time
  • Modify or cancel your order (if applicable)
  • Return your order
  • Report a defective product
  • Report a lost/damaged order
  • Access your order history
  • Print receipts or invoices

Step-by-step: How to check your order status

  1. Log into your account at https://orders.throtl.com

    2. Once signed in, you’ll land on your Orders History Dashboard. Here, you’ll see all current and past orders.

  1. Select an order to view detailed information including:
    • Estimated delivery date
    • Shipment tracking
    • Items included
    • Order status (e.g., Processing, Shipped, Delivered)

If your estimated ship date is a date in the past, and you have not seen any movement on your order, please reach out to us.
