Katapult Policies

Return Policy

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. If the return period has expired, please contact Katapult directly for assistance with processing your return. Normal wear and tear is accepted on returns made directly through Katapult.

To request a return outside of the 30-day window, you may contact Katapult by phone at 833-KATAPULT (528-2785), via Live Chat, or by email at help@katapult.com

Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted if your order has not yet shipped. Once the cancellation has been processed, we will notify Katapult to terminate your lease agreement accordingly

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be processed for orders paid through Katapult. If you wish to receive a different product, a new agreement will need to be established. The original order must then be cancelled or returned in accordance with the applicable return policy

Changes to your order

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify the order details or change the items included. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation and then place a new order under a new lease agreement.
